For PAM-CRASH users, Visual-Crash PAM allows you to focus and rely on high quality digital models, from start to finish as it addresses the coupling with competitive finite element or rigid body based software. Visual-Crash also addresses other solutions in the market by processing input-output for LS-Dyna, MADYMO and RADIOSS. This very open and versatile environment simplifies the work of CAE engineers accross the enterprise by facilitating collaboration and data sharing.

Leveraging this user environment, a visualization and plotting solution helps analyze results data within a uniform interface.

Visual-Crash for DYNA

Visual-Crash for Dyna is the most competitive environment solution for LS-DYNA solver. It helps engineers get their job done in the smoothest and faster possible way by offering an intuitive windows-based graphical interface with customizable toolbars and complete session support. Being integrated in an open collaborative engineering framework called the Open VTOS (Virtual Try-Out Space) Visual-Crash for DYNA allows users to focus and rely on high quality digital models from start to finish as it addresses the coupling with competitive finite element or rigid body based software. Leveraging this state of the art environment, a visualization and plotting solution helps analyze LS-DYNA results within a uniform interface. The Viewer performs automated tasks and generate customized reports therefore increasing engineers productivity.

Organizing the data easily, quickly and efficiently:

A very difficult and time consuming task of retaining include files without merging all data into one single model has become a simple task in Visual-Crash DYNA. Creating, modifying, deleting and viewing of include files as sub- models and main model is available in the interface. Identification and automatic grouping of connections both within and between sub-models (include files) Ability to locate any entity and identify the appropriate sub-model Ability to work with and export only selected sub-models as include files.

LS-DYNA and MADYMO Coupling and Advanced Safety Functionalities

Visual-Crash DYNA supports mesh editing capabilities, like remeshing, split, combine, align, smooth. Visual-Mesh context in Visual-Environment supports all meshing capabilities, like shell and solid automesh, batch meshing, topo mesh, layer mesh etc. Visual- Mesh contexts supports all native CAD reading also. The Meshing Process feature guides the user to mesh the given CAD component or full vehicle automatically.

LS-DYNA and MADYMO Coupling and Advanced Safety Functionalities

Visual-Crash DYNA supports coupling of MADYMO Dummies with LS-DYNA structures. Supports positioning of FE and Rigid Body dummies as well as Automatic Seat Belt Creation on these dummy models.

Meshing and Mesh Editing

Visual-Crash DYNA supports mesh editing capabilities, like remeshing, split, combine, align, smooth. Visual-Mesh context in Visual-Environment supports all meshing capabilities, like shell and solid automesh, batch meshing, topo mesh, layer mesh etc. Visual- Mesh contexts supports all native CAD reading also. Process Automation

Visual-Process context in the Visual-Environment enables users seamlessly switch to Visual-Crash DYNA, update the model and then switch back to Visual-Process context to continue execution. In this interface, customized process templates are available to execute for particular modeling or any task automatically or semi-automatically

Visual-SEAL

Visual-SEAL is a complete and fully integrated solution addressed to seal designers to rapidly evaluate seal systems and closure designs.

Visual-SEAL enables designers to simulate compression deformation of seals in a few minutes.

Typical returned results are: deformed shape under door compression, stresses contours, compression load force curve (CLD), sealing pressure.
